I believe that it is a brave act to search for answers that are significant and intimate to one’s life and situation. My aim is to honor that bravery by offering hospitality in the form of a safe space in which one can explore the vast and intricate landscapes of one’s body, mind, spirit, and imagination. By offering a protected space, I want to build relationships of deep trust and where one can be supported and challenged; where there is no judgment, only understanding. I strive to be culturally humble, caring, curious, and kind; working collaboratively with each client to develop the trust and support needed for this work.
I believe that what we do not bring into our consciousness will be experienced externally in our lives and by connecting with arts and creative expression we are able to more fully explore and understand our life experiences, wounds and strengths. Through the expressive arts we are able to playfully explore and attend to our genuine needs through our intuition, feelings, sensations, images, movements, sounds, and thoughts. I believe that engaging in the arts can lead us to deeper self-awareness, greater consciousness, and discoveries of new life affirming ways of being.
